BALTIC BEACH HOTEL & SPA GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

The client has to present the gift card when he is paying for services or purchasing goods.
The gift card can not be returned or exchanged for cash.
Card holder is solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of the gift card. Lost cards will not be restored, blocked or cancelled. This clause also applies to situations, when card is stolen or unlawfully taken from the Cardholder.
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
Validity of the gift card can be extended for a maximum of 3 months, if a surcharge of 20% (but not less than 10EUR) of the remaining denomination on the card is made, and if the validity period of the card has not expired.
In case of purchasing a gift card for certain services or special offers with a limited validity period, the client has no right to replace these services with others.
To receive the service indicated in the gift card, a preliminary reservation is mandatory.
Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the gift card and withdraw it if necessary.
By purchasing a gift card, the owner confirms that he has read the above-mentioned conditions for the purchase and use of the gift card and agrees with them, and undertakes to comply with them.
If the gift card holder returns, presents or otherwise transfers the card to a new user, the holder undertakes to inform the new cardholder about the above-mentioned conditions for using the gift card.
