PROGRAMME – 7 days/6 nights
Breakfast – buffet (applies to programs with overnight stay)

Target group: patients with elevated blood pressure, obesity, elevated blood sugar and cholesterol levels, sedentary lifestyle, and daily stress.
Objective – to reduce the subjective symptoms, to restore and strengthen the cardiovascular system, to improve life quality and working capacity, to prevent future coronary events, and to correct the lifestyle.
Scope of the programme:
- Consultation by a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, development of a rehabilitation plan, and monitoring during the treatment course
- Measuring of blood sugar and oxygen saturation levels, pulse, blood pressure, and other measurements, as indicated by the physician
- Initial physiotherapy appointment and development of a rehabilitation plan
- Nordic Walking training
- Therapeutic walks, Nordic Walking along the seashore or in the pine forest (daily)
- Dosed load on a cardio machine under the supervision of a specialist (30 min) or therapeutic gymnastics in a group in a gym (30 min), 4x
- Halotherapy (salt chamber) (60 min), 3x
- Phytotherapy – sedative/ peppermint tea before sleep
- Therapeutic/ relaxing neck massage (15 min), 2x
- Reabox (dry carbon dioxide bath), 5x
- Magnet therapy, 5x
- Lecture by a physical therapist on the basic principles of choosing physical activities
- Visit to the WELLNESS CENTRE “SEA WELLNESS” WITH SEA WATER on a daily basis, (120 min)
