PROGRAMME – 4 days/ 3 nights
Breakfast – buffet (applies to programs with overnight stay)
Parking – EUR 15.00 per 24 hours (depending on the availability).

Target group – people affected by stress, frequent illnesses, constant fatigue, hard physical and mental work, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, and bad habits (alcohol and smoking).

Objective – to improve life quality, working capacity, and well-being, to prevent or reduce the possibility of further illnesses.

Scope of the programme:

• Nordic Walking training
• Therapeutic walks, Nordic Walking along the seashore or in the pine forest, on a daily basis
• Dosed load on a cardio machine under the supervision of a specialist (60 min.), 3x
• Halotherapy (salt chamber) (60 min.), 3x
• Neck massage (15 min.), 2x
• Therapeutic pearl bath (15 min.), 2x
• Visit to the water relaxation centre “Sea Wellness” (120 min.), 3x
